Our Mission

Debbie Fitzpatrick is a highly experienced education professional with a career spanning over three decades. With a diverse background in teaching, school leadership, grant writing, research, and staff development, Debbie has made significant contributions to the field.

Throughout her sixteen-year tenure as a school leader, Debbie excelled as a principal, successfully managing staff, students, and all school-related activities. She also played a crucial role in fostering professional development initiatives, ensuring the growth of educators and leadership development for future school administrators through the Wallace Grant.

Debbie's passion for education extends beyond her role as a school leader. As a professor and conference presenter, she eagerly shares her wealth of experience with aspiring educators and future leaders. Her ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to adult learners has garnered recognition and praise. As a result, she was selected to research school turnaround through a grant funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Drawing on her extensive background, she has seamlessly transitioned into the role of an educational consultant. Through her consultancy work, she continues to make a meaningful impact on the education landscape. Her current consulting initiatives include collaborating with Consilience Collaborative to support a strong pipeline of opportunities and assisting with logistics for new education programs. Additionally, she serves as a certified trainer and marketing resource for Academic Innovations, while also acting as a project manager for the Perkins Grant for Workforce Development. Furthermore, Debbie contributes her expertise to Pearson Learning and Rally Education, providing valuable feedback on assessment data, validity, and biases while playing a key role in marketing as well. Her dedication to the growth of future educators is evident through her seminars at the University of Tampa, where she imparts knowledge on data-driven instruction and innovation to graduating interns. She also plays an active role in the Teacher Program Committees and the Educational Leadership Advisory Council at the University of Tampa, as well as aiding in the accreditation process.

Maya Shamari is a Vanderbilt University scholar studying Human and Organizational Development, Business, and Data Science. From Boston, Maya has carved out a dynamic path across industries, combining innovation, leadership, and a passion for technology.

Maya is the founder of Dental Aid, an AI-powered chatbot offering free dental diagnostics and care to underserved communities worldwide. This groundbreaking tool has reduced on-call dependency in dental offices by 39%, demonstrating the transformative potential of AI in healthcare.

Maya also co-founded Bambini & Bubbles, a luxury industry conference in Europe, which blends education, networking, and innovation for dental professionals. The conference has sold out two years in a row, generating over $300,000 in revenue and becoming a staple event in the industry.

Her professional journey includes working with high-profile organizations such as the Boston Red Sox, Louis Vuitton, and FOX News, where she honed her expertise in digital consulting and media strategy. Maya’s entrepreneurial mindset and ability to bridge technical innovation with practical applications make her a leader in driving impactful solutions.

With Consilience Collaborative, Maya continues to explore innovative ways to leverage AI for societal benefits. Her work focuses on creating tools and programs that revolutionize how industries like healthcare interact with technology, fostering collaboration and change.

Dr. Jeffrey Mrizek is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse range of experiences and expertise. He currently serves as the Principal of Mrizek Global, LLC, where he brings his extensive knowledge in organizational development, workforce and economic development, and public administration to assist clients in achieving their goals. 

Dr. Mrizek is widely recognized for his contributions to the field of public administration and education. He is the 2023-24 President of the Executive Council at the Sacramento Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), where he actively works towards advancing the profession and promoting excellence in public service. 

As an esteemed professor, Dr. Mrizek imparts his knowledge and expertise to students at several educational institutions, including San Francisco State University, American River College, Coastline Community College, and William Jessup University. His dedication to education and commitment to developing future leaders is evident in his role as a mentor and educator.

Dr. Mrizek's professional journey began with a successful corporate career, managing Fortune 100 retail banks before venturing into entrepreneurship as a mortgage broker at Advocate Financial and Realty Group. This experience allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of business and finance, which he leverages in his current endeavors.
